Reservations are made via the www.glass-house.pl website.
A reservation is confirmed after receiving an e-mail confirmation and recording of a 30% prepayment.
Prices include VAT.
The remaining amount is payable no later than on the day of arrival.
Failure to make the payment on time results in cancellation of the reservation.
Payments are handled by PayNow, PayPal, ZEN, PEP, Autopay S.A., and mElements S.A.

In case of a necessity to refund funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund to the bank account assigned to the Customer's payment card.
Order processing time is calculated from the moment of positive payment authorization.
The Guest has the right to cancel the reservation.
Refund rules: a) up to 10 days before arrival — the prepayment is refundable, b) after this period — the prepayment is non-refundable, c) on the day of arrival / no-show — the full reservation amount applies.
Accommodation services are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 38 point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act).

A complaint should include: Guest’s details, reservation number, description of the problem, and the request.
Complaints may be submitted within 30 days after the end of the stay.
A complaint will be processed by the Seller within 14 days.
The rules for processing personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy available at www.glass-house.pl.
Contracts are concluded in Polish (or English depending on language selection, with Polish being the governing language).
Disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Host, unless consumer regulations provide otherwise.
The Regulations are valid from the date of publication on the website.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Information about changes will be published on the www.glass-house.pl website.
