Check-in is free of charge after 4:00 PM. Early check-in at 2:00 PM is available for an additional fee of 100 PLN. Guests may leave their vehicles in the underground garage from 2:00 PM free of charge. Luggage storage is available at the reception desk at no extra cost.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM and is free of charge. A later check-out time of 1:00 PM can be arranged for an additional fee of 100 PLN.
PARKING SPACE
Each apartment includes one complimentary parking space in the underground garage. The remote control for the garage gate, along with the parking space number, can be found with your apartment keys.
BREAKFAST
If you choose a breakfast option, it will be delivered to your door between 8 and 9 AM. You may choose from a classic, sweet, or vegetarian breakfast box.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. To maintain a fresh and clean environment for all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
SECURITY 24/7
The building is equipped with 24/7 security,
allowing for late check-ins and early check-outs.

Our location is at 22J Rakowicka Street, Krakow. To open the barrier, please press the "RECEPTION" button on the left-hand side. Then, stop at the glass doors to collect your apartment keys from the building reception.
